Once we understand your needs, it's time to secure your spot! Submit your deposit to confirm the reservation for your desired date. This step ensures that our services are reserved exclusively for your events. The balance is due in full two weeks before your event date.


Collaborate with Us:

Our collaborative process begins! Work closely with our team to curate a custom drink menu tailored to your event's theme, preferences, and guest demographics.


Sit Back and Relax:

Now comes the stress-free part. Sit back, relax, and let us handle the rest. We'll take care of the logistics, including picking up and delivering your drink options to the event venue. Our dedicated team will arrive 1-2 hours prior to the event, ensuring everything is set up to perfection.


Tap Trailer Experience:

The highlight of the event! Our tap trailer, loaded with your chosen drinks, will be ready to impress your guests. Our professional team will manage the entire setup, providing a seamless and visually appealing experience for everyone.

What events are suitable for an On Tap Events rentals?

We specialize in providing an unforgettable experience that is perfect for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, anniversaries, social gatherings, bridal showers, intimate events, and large gatherings. No event is too big or too small. We will work directly with you to make your vision come to life!


Do you provide the alcohol?

NYS law does not allow us to buy or sell any alcohol. The good news is we have great relationships with many local vendors. Upon curating your customizable drink menu you can purchase directly from them. We will pick up all your beverage needs at no additional cost. This will allow the experience to be more cost-efficient and easier on you. We do all the work!


What beverages can you offer on the tap trailer?

If it flows from a keg, it's ready to roll onto our tap trailer. We can also include non-alcoholic beverages.


What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Long Island. However, we can travel to other boroughs for an additional cost.


Do you carry insurance?

Yes! We carry General Liability Insurance. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request.


How far in advance should I book?

As soon as possible! Dates fill up quickly and we want to make sure you can secure your date.
